Once your games are in the post we’ll email you to let you know that they’re on the way.

Our games are delivered in a glorious red and white polka dot mailing bag, so they should be distinctive for your postman or people you live with – perhaps ask them if they’ve seen your games?

If you still haven’t received your games within a week of Second Class (free) delivery, or three days after upgrading to First Class please get in touch on orders@hannahsgames.co.uk and we can investigate what has happened.

We like a laugh, but we take your payment details seriously.  We are partnered with some of the most Trusted Payment Gateways online so you can make sure your money is safe.  With these payment providers your payment details are never shared directly with us, so you never need to worry 🙂
